Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda
CJ Liu interviews Bridgette Shea on her book “Handbook of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda An Integrated Practice of Ancient Healing Traditions”. Bridget gives an overview of both Ayurveda constitutions (dosha, elements) and Chinese (5 elements) and shares how they are similar and map together. Once Bridgette lays the foundations with constitutions she shares typical ways different constitutions get out of balance energetically and emotional triggers to know when you are out of balance. Plus, Bridgette shares how we can live to be congruent with the cycles within a 24 hour period and the 4 season cycles.
